Dear Friends,
“However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.” Acts 20:24
This verse above is a great example of Paul’s passionate, relentless and fearless pursuit of sharing the gospel with the Gentiles. Paul knew where his was going; he was completely sold out for Christ.
When I read this verse, it prompts me to pray: “Lord where are you leading me?” and “How can I best serve you in my life right now?” When we know who we are in Christ and where we are heading then we can live life with a purpose for Him.
In this week’s Enews I am inspired by the stories of people who are doing just that—choosing to serve Christ and share the Gospel no matter what the circumstances are. I hope you too will be challenged and motivated by the stories of Nanggroe, from Indonesia and Alfredo Vallellanes, Bible League’s Caribbean ministry supervisor, who recently visited Haiti.
Thank you for your continued support and prayers for Bible League’s ministry.
Every blessing,
Grahame Smith
